Girl. Reddish hair. Has eyes. Has strangely widely varying interests, some of which are represented in this tumbling record.
Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
Several weeks ago, Newcastle City Council received a complaint from a nearby resident. From what we can gather, the specifics of this complaint were related to a number of issues. First one being that there were people living in the building, secondly, that we were operating a commercial gallery…
Way to be stupid NCC. I spent considerable time over the last few years across the road in the Soque apartments, directly facing the Pigeon Coop, and was never bothered by noise or anything. It is ridiculous to say the building is not safe for people to be in, seeing as I have been in the storage place next door, and it is in pretty much the same condition, yet people, and especially businesses are happy to store their important things in. Funny that.
Soque Apartments. I took these photos a few weeks ago, but seeing as tomorrow is the last official day at the apartment, I’m putting them up now.
Bye Woolsheds! It was nice being a part of you for the last year or so!
Things I will miss about the Woolsheds: Part II - The Roslyn Avenue Cat.
I don’t know it’s real name, but I affectionately refer to it as Gordon Rangsley. I’m sure everyone who has visited Roslyn Avenue has come across him/her, as the lovely bundle of fur likes to spend time sleeping in the most inconvienent of places, like the middle of the road, or under people’s cars. My little buddy has come to recognise that I am someone who is good for a pat, so has taken to running down the pavement if he catches a glance of me walking down the road. The other day, I sat down to pat him, and next thing I know he has climbed on my lap and decided to take a nap. I vote for him as the friendliest, loveliest kitty ever. Love.
EDIT: Thanks to apainterinnewcastle I now know the kitty is called Miagi. Hurrah!
Im’a going to miss this building when I don’t live there any more.
Yesterday. Soon after the sky turned that shade of bottle green and rained. I had fun while the sun shone though.
